Point Earning
1. Members can earn 1 point for every HK$1 dollar spent at YATA department stores and supermarkets by presenting QR member eCard in YATA-Fans app before payment, or when shopping in YATA eShop or eGift websites if members have already linked eShop or eGift account with YATA-Fans account via YATA-Fans mobile app. Points will not be awarded in decimals points and will be shown at YATA-Fans app within 1 hour upon spending. For example, if the net purchase amount is $133.9, 133 points will be issued. * No point is issued for the purchase of stage 1 & 2 milk powder, environmental levy on plastic shopping bag, old appliance dismantling or disposing charge, delivery charge, delivery staircase charge, installation charge, online shopping extra administration charge due to product replacement, overdue pick-up or unsuccessful delivery, clothes alternative fee, deposit, vending machine products, donations and designated merchant's products. No point will be issued for the usage of gift certificates or promotion coupons. 2. Points calculation cycle is from 1 October each year until 30 September the following year (both dates inclusive). Points earned will be expired on 31 December after the points calculation cycle ends. For example, the points earned on 30 September will be expired on 31 December of the same year; points earned on 1 October will be expired on 31 December of the following year. 3. Only actual payment amount will be counted (payment amount after discount, deducting credit card rebate, use of gift certificates or any use of promotion coupons). 4. Members will receive 3 times points in birthday month (base on net spending amount, the 3 times points include the basic 1 time point from HK$1= 1 point and the extra 2 times points to be awarded under this Promotion). Members must provide the birthday information before purchase. No ceiling applied. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with Wednesday offer. 5. Members will receive 3 times points every Wednesday (base on net spending amount, the 3 times points include the basic 1 time point from HK$1= 1 point and the extra 2 times points to be awarded under this Promotion). No ceiling applied. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with birthday offer or in YATA Shopping Day. 6. If you are entitled to a refund in relation to any goods or services purchased, the points awarded for that purchase will be deducted from and adjusted in your YATA-Fans account when the refund is made. Product refund request is not permitted if point balance is less than the points required for product refund. Member will need to make purchase to earn the insufficient points in order to proceed to the refund. 7. YATA-Fans shall have the right to cancel or deduct points that are granted to any members by error without prior notice. 8. Members can check their latest point balance on YATA-Fans app. All records of point history in YATA-Fans database should prevail, final and conclusive. YATA-Fans does not accept any point rebate or reimbursement. In any case of technical issue or system malfunctioning that prevents YATA-Fans from retrieving information of members’ point balance from database, YATA-Fans will not bear any responsibilities of any loss or damage. 9. In any case of network problem, system malfunctioning, reception of phone calls or blocking by third parties application programs that cause the delay, loss, mistake or unidentifiable of information transfer, YATA-Fans will not bear any responsibilities. 10. If members earn points by any dishonest or illegal means, breach any of these terms and conditions, including earning points/ redeeming eCoupon with transaction made by another person, or staff of YATA’s merchants earning points/ redeeming eCoupon with transactions made by other customers , or if YATA-Fans has reasonable grounds to believe that such members earn points by any dishonest or illegal means breach any of these terms and conditions, YATA-Fans shall have the right to suspend or terminate such members’ memberships, cancel any points earned, and claim for any losses suffered by YATA-Fans or participating merchants arising from those points earned by dishonest or illegal means or any other breach of terms and conditions by such members. 11. If you have not yet become a YATA-Fans member at the time of purchase, you can also earn points if you provide your mobile number to our cashier staff before payment, download the YATA-Fans app within 7 days of purchase (including the day of purchase) and register as a member with the mobile number already provided to our cashier staff. You can get all the shopping points within 7 days from the registration date (including the registration date). This arrangement only applied to customers who have not yet become YATA-Fans members at the time of payment. No points will be issued for the purchase(s) if members provide mobile number instead of presenting the QR member eCard to cashier staff. 12. In case of disputes related to point earning, YATA-Fans, participating merchants and suppliers reserve the right to make final decision.
Sharing Points to another Member
1. You may transfer your points to another YATA-Fans member under your authorization. Once your instruction is confirmed, the transfer is irreversible. But if YATA-Fans has reasonable grounds to believe that you have earned points or transferred points by any dishonest or illegal means, YATA-Fans shall have the right to deduct or cancel the points transferred to you and the another member without notice. 2. The minimum points that can be transferred to another member per transfer are 3,000, each time, in the multiple of 1,000 points thereafter.`
Redemption and Usage of eCoupons
1. Members can browse the details of redeemable eCoupons on YATA-Fans mobile app. When members obtain enough points, members can redeem desired eCoupons via the YATA-Fans app. Upon confirmation, corresponding points will be deducted from members’ accounts and the redeemed eCoupons will be showed at YATA-Fans app instantly. No cancellation or point refund is allowed. 2. There are $15 cash eCoupon (redeemable every 3,000 points), $50 cash eCoupon (redeemable every 5,000 points) or other products and services offered by participating merchants and suppliers. Points cannot be paid directly as cash. 3. Members are required to use the redeemed eCoupons at designated location or participating merchants within designated period, otherwise the rewards will be forfeited automatically, no refund of points or rewards is allowed. 4. Member can use eCoupons at YATA eShop or eGift. Members are required provide eCoupon number before payment (This feature is temporarily unavailable). 5. Members can present eCard on app to YATA staff or participating merchants to enjoy member privileges. 6. Members must understand and accept that all privileges are in limited quantity, first come first served, while stocks last. If members cannot get the privileges or use the eCoupons before deadline due to limited stock or other reasons, members must understand and accept any unused points/ eCoupon for such redemption will not be compensated. 7. YATA-Fans shall have the right to change the amount of points required to redeem eCoupon from time to time. 8. All reward photos are for reference only, they may vary from actual products. The eCoupon, products/services provided from participating merchants and suppliers do not include any warranty, exchange, cash refund or change. Members are responsible for checking the quality of products/service at the time of eCoupon usage. No eCoupon will be re-issued or no points will be refunded thereafter in any case. YATA-Fans has no liability related to any aspect of the food, products or services provided by supplier, including but not limited to the quality and usage. 9. Terms and conditions apply to rewards and privileges provided by participating merchants or suppliers. Members should refer to participating merchants or suppliers for valid period and detailed terms and conditions. 10. Participating merchants and suppliers reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the rewards and privileges without prior notice. YATA-Fans is not responsible for any losses caused by disputes between members and participating merchants or suppliers. 11. All rewards are only available while stocks last. YATA-Fans has the right to terminate the provision of particular product/service or provide similar rewards as alternative, without prior notice. YATA-Fans does not guarantee any product/service will continue to be available during the promotion period. 12. In case of disputes related to reward redemption, point earning and point sharing, YATA-Fans, participating merchants and suppliers reserve the right to make final decision.
Upgrading to BB Club
1. Upon HK$3,000 accumulative spending on baby Counter items at YATA department stores or baby items (Baby milk powder stage 1 & 2 excluded) at YATA supermarkets within 30 days, members can auto-upgrade to BB Club once providing baby information in YATA-Fans app within 30 days. BB Club membership lasts for 36 months. Recalculation of spending amount is needed once overdue. 2. About YATA-Fans Membership
1. Customers are required to download YATA-Fans mobile app and enter required information and verification code to register as YATA-Fans members. 2. Members are required to provide correct and valid name, mobile number and email address, otherwise, verification code and information about YATA-Fans cannot be delivered. YATA-Fans is not responsible for any undelivered SMS, push notification and email. 3. Members are required to ensure the submitted information on the registration form is authentic, accurate, complete and it does not involve any dishonest or illegal elements. 4. The eligibility of membership is at the sole discretion of YATA-Fans. 5. Each person can only register with one member account once and could only be invited once to register as YATA-Fans. Repeated, dishonest or illegal applications will not be accepted. If duplicate registration is found, YATA-Fans reserves the right to freeze or terminate the membership of such persons at any time without prior notice. 6. Membership is non-transferable. 7. Members should cross check their point records and all information after any update. Upon the change of mobile number, members should update us to avoid personal data disclosure to others, theft of points/electronic coupons or any loss or damage caused when the mobile numbers are reused by others. All member data, point and redemption records are subject to the record of YATA-Fans backend system. 8. Members should keep their membership number and password strictly confidential and in safe custody. Members are fully responsible for any use of their accounts by any person (including any third parties whether with or without authority of the members). 9. In any case of network problem, system malfunctioning, reception of phone calls or blocking by third parties application programs that cause the delay, loss, mistake or unidentifiable of information transfer, New Town Plaza will not bear any responsibilities. 10. YATA-Fans reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without any prior notice if members use accounts that belong to another person, apply for membership, invite friends to register or exercise member privileges in a dishonest way. 11. General Terms and Conditions
1. YATA-Fans is managed and operated by YATA Limited. 2. The eligibility of membership is at the sole discretion of YATA-Fans. YATA-Fans may reject any application. 3. Activation of membership will be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions of YATA-Fans. 4. Only customers who have completed the registration process via YATA-Fans mobile app downloaded from App Store or Google Play Store are eligible to become YATA-Fans members and enjoy member privileges. 5. YATA Limited reserves the right to modify the structure and content of YATA-Fans, including mobile applications, redemption, conversion and expiry date of point, rewards and offers, redemption and usage of eCoupons, these terms and conditions, other items and termination of YATA-Fans at any time without prior notice. It is members’ responsibility to keep themselves up to date in respect of the structure and content of YATA-Fans, including these terms and conditions. Logging and redemption of eCoupons, rewards and offers will be deemed as acceptance of all relevant changes. YATA-Fans will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from the change of structure and content, including these terms and conditions. 6. It is the policy of YATA-Fans (the “Club”) to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of the Hong Kong. We also strive to ensure compliance by our staff with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality. We safeguard information provided by our members, App, Wechat Official Account or Website users ("User"). With the only exceptions that personal data may be collected in relation to the services of membership application, membership renewal, membership/account maintenance, email registration, and that the IP address of the computer used to visit our web site may be recorded, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from User while they browse its sites, and no personal data is collected. 轉讓積分至第三者
1. 在您授權下您可要求我們將您的積分轉移至另一會員的「YATA-Fans」帳戶。您的指示一經確認後將不可逆轉。 唯當本會有理由相信閣下以不誠實或不合法方法賺取積分或將您的積分轉移,本會有權扣除或取消閣下及另一會員的積分而無須另行通知。 2. 每次可轉出之積分必須為3,000分,其後以1,000分之倍數遞增。
兌換及使用電子優惠券
1. 會員可於「YATA-Fans」手機應用程式內瀏覽積分兌換詳情,當會員累積足夠積分,會員可於「YATA-Fans」手機應用程式內兌換電子優惠券。一經確認,系統會即時從會員帳戶扣取相關積分,同時電子優惠券即時於「YATA-Fans」手機應用程式內顯示。有關申請不可更改或取消。 2. 電子優惠券包括港幣$15現金券 (每3,000積分可兌換一張港幣$15電子現金券)、港幣$50現金(每5,000積分可兌換一張港幣$50電子現金券),或其他由參與商戶及供應商提供之產品及服務。積分不能直接當作現金付款。 3. 會員須於指定時限內到指定地點或商戶換領使用已兌換的電子優惠券,否則當自動放棄論,亦不會獲補發獎賞或積分。 4. 電子優惠券適用於YATA eShop/ eGift網上商店。會員必須於付款前輸入有關電子優惠券的編號 (此功能暫時不適用)。 5. 會員可到指定地點或商戶出示「YATA-Fans」手機應用程式內的電子會員卡以換領會員獨家禮遇。 6. 會員須明白及接受所有產品或服務數量有限,先到先得,送/換完即止。如因活動/電子優惠券名額有限或其他原因導致會員未能於限期前使用電子優惠券,會員須明白及接受任何未能成功使用電子優惠券之積分並不會獲得任何補償。 7. 本會保留權利,可隨時修改換領電子優惠券時所需的積分。 8. 電子優惠券圖只供參考,一切以實物為準。所有換出之電子優惠券及由參與商戶及供應商提供之產品及服務不包括貨品保養、退換、轉讓、兌換現金或作現金找贖。會員須即時檢驗所換領之禮品,否則事後任何情況下均不會獲補發獎賞或積分。本會不會對供應商提供之食物、貨品、服務事宜及產品質素作出保證或於使用該產品所構成之後果承擔任何相關責任。 9. 所有由參與商戶及供應商提供之產品及服務參與商戶或供應商提供的獎賞或禮遇受相關條款及細則約束,會員須向參與商戶或供應商查詢有關獎賞或禮遇的有效日期及詳細條款及細則。 10. 參與商戶或供應商有權更改獎賞或禮遇的換領條款及細則而不作另行通知。如會員與參與商戶或供應商出現任何爭議而蒙受損失,本會概不負責。 11. 所有產品及服務只能在有存貨之情況下提供。本會可全權酌情決定隨時終止提供某產品及服務或提供具有同等價值之類似獎賞作為代替,而毋須於換領電子優惠券前另行通知。新城市廣場並不保證任何產品及服務於整個推廣活動有效期內一直保持供應。 12. 若會員對換領及使用電子優惠券、積分賺取或轉讓有任何爭議,本會、參與商戶及供應商保留最終決定權。
升級至BB 會

有關「YATA-Fans」會員計劃會籍 (“本會”)
1. 顧客必須先下載「YATA-Fans」手機應用程式,輸入所需資料及驗証碼後,即可成為本會會員。 2. 會員必須提供正確及有效的姓名、手機號碼及電郵地址,否則將無法接收驗証碼或會員資訊。本會概不承擔任何未能成功傳送的手機短訊、推送通知及電郵之責任。 3. 會員須確保在申請表上所提供的資料真實、正確及完整,並且不涉及任何不誠實或不合法的原素。 4. 本會有權決定會員的會籍是否有效。 5. 每人只可使用登記一個會員帳戶一次,而每一位手機號碼只限被推薦一次,所有重複或不誠實或不合法申請均不會被接納。如發現重複登記,本會有權隨時凍結或終止該等人士的會籍而毋須另行通知。 6. 會籍只限會員本人使用,不得轉讓他人。 7. 會員更新個人資料後,須核對其積分及所有資料並確認無誤。如會員更改了手機號碼,須致電通知我們要求更新資料,以避免他人獲得此手機號碼後,導致個人資料外洩,盜用積分/電子優惠券等損失。所有會員資料、積分及換領紀錄,均以本會所存之紀錄為準。 8. 會員須對其會員號碼及密碼予以妥善保密。若有任何人(包括任何第三方,無論是否獲得會員授權)使用其會員帳戶,該會員須負上全部責任。 9. 任何因網絡問題、系統固障、電話接收問題或被第三方應用程式攔截而引致會員所遞交的資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤或無法辨識等情況,本會概不承擔任何責任。 10. 任何會員如被發現盜用他人帳戶、以不誠實方法登記會籍或推薦好友入會或使用會員福利,本會有權隨時凍結或終止該等人士的會籍而毋須另行通知。 11. 會員可透過以下方法聯絡本會修改會員資料或凍結會籍:電郵至yatafans@yata.hk (電郵內容需包括「YATA-Fans」帳戶上顯示的姓名、手機號碼、電郵地址、日間聯絡電話號碼及需修改的會員資料)。
一般條款及細則
1. 「YATA-Fans」會員計劃 (“本會”) 由一田有限公司管理及營運。 2. 本會有權決定是否接納所有會籍的申請。 3. 會員啟動會籍後,即代表會員接受所有本會會員計劃條款及細則。 4. 只有於App Store或Google Play下載「YATA-Fans」手機應用程式,並完成會員登記程序的顧客,方可成為本會會員及享用會員禮遇。 5. 一田有限公司有權隨時改動「YATA-Fans」架構及內容,包括兌換及換算積分方法、積分有效期、可供兌換的電子優惠券、換領獎賞或禮遇方法、條款及細則、其他項目及本會而毋須預先通知會員。會員須留意本會所有架構及內容,包括本條款及細則的改動。凡會員賺取積分、換領或使用電子優惠券,即代表會員接受所有相關的條款及細則。任何因本會架構及內容,包括本條款及細則改動或更新而導致的損失,本會概不負責。 6. 如有任何疑問,可透過以下方法聯絡本會查詢:電郵至yatafans@yata.hk (電郵內容需包括「YATA-Fans」帳戶上顯示的姓名、手機號碼、電郵地址及日間聯絡電話號碼) 7. 本條款及細則的中文及英文版本若有任何差異,一概以英文本為準。
